However, the refund policy and the renewal terms were not sufficiently clear during registration and trial period. I was surprised by the automatic renewal and the deduction, which could have been communicated more transparently. I recommend making the pricing and renewal conditions much clearer for future users to ensure a better customer experience.

I initially had a very frustrating experience with Jobleads. After signing up for the free trial, I was unexpectedly charged and struggled to get a response from support, which left me very unhappy.
