It was exciting initially but the transition from trial period to premium membership and the charges was shocking and demoralizing. The jobs are there, very encouraging to look at, but getting positive feedback is a different story. I have not received any feedback from any of the applications I have sent out. Many of the job adverts remain on your system even after their application period have closed. I think it's absolutely wrong to be recycling expired jobs on your system. I'm still not happy that I didn't make conscious choice to become a premium member. You have to find a way to remind customers that their trial period is about to end. Anyone can forget, and it's morally wrong and unacceptable to be profiting from the human propensity to forget. However, your service is good, I rate it 60%.
