With the experience that I have or obtain during my time on rate team under National Research Foundation is that passionate, building a good communication with reviewers in order to get feedback from them and experience clear what they are expected to do when they reviewing application. Furthermore, I have learned is that when a review come across with difficulties during reviewing progress then you must corporate with them time to time and have plan B for instance, i email the software documents in case NRF system were down or has a error. By doing that I manage to cordate panel meeting well and come with 100 Percent like I final the panel that was assigned under my name. All in all when you are working with human being you must be strategic and make sure that they understand your philosophy and also being transparent and cooperate define your business will raise to infinite growth.
