My experience is that as soon as the post is advertised and one succeed in uploading the cv, the cv is kept there by your company for other opportunities or posts which are relevant for my qualifications and experience. One is also able to get feedback which is encouraging.

The very first service I was exposed to, the Resume View, was pretty good. I had been thinking about the quality of my CV and the review provided me with a comprehensive list of improvements I could make to my resume. With the changes I've made to my CV, I feel more confident in sending my resume to potential employers. I can't give them more stars because a lot of stuff is hidden behind a paywall, but I don't blame them. You have to make your money somehow, right?
