Good Morning, I would like to please request if you could reverse the subscription fee debited on 27 May, as I an unemployed and tried to cancel but South Africa is experiencing "Load Shedding" where they cut power for 2-3 hours at a time, this cause our router to b e blown and have been stuck with no internet.
