I don't like the idea of not being told upfront that a membership is required. It's deceptive. I searched the entire website to find out of there was a charge and didn't find ANY info. I only knew ahead of time b/c of a web search. Given the current climate, I don't mind paying for the service. Templates are great, but I hate that you can't see them in full or compare formats side-by-side.

To expensive, I did better on my own and I was already charged $24.99 a few days ago for the month and now I changed my plan to a different plan and got charged the entire cost of the new plan. NO discount considering you already charged me. Now I will cancel all together. You rip off you customers
