I got this beautiful ring in July, and it's been 6 months and one of the stones have fallen out and they won't replace it!

I spent probably between an hour to two hours over 2 days and multiple devices (cell phone, laptop, desktop, and my work computer) trying to check out with my purchase. Finally after not being able to check out on any of the devices I sent an email to customer support. 2 days later I get a response that they don't ship to NY. Well, perhaps you want to state that somewhere so customers don't waste hours of their day trying to check-out on your website. So frustrating.

I placed an order and paid extra for express shipping 3 day delivery took 4 weeks. When I wanted my shipping money back I had to go through my c.c. Co. B/c Joance wanted to give me $10 of the $25 that i actually paid. They said it was not Joance's fault it was the shipping co. Soundslike they need to look at who they use for shipping. I just want my shipping money back. I hoped that was a freek thing I saw another pice I liked and the price was great so I ordered. I did not bother with express shipping. I placed the order on November 9th. Today is November 29th and tracking says its n China. The delivery was expected 7 ~ 10 days. It's been 20 days with no exception of getting it any sooner. Every time I contact Joance customer service and tellthem I do not want the product it has taken to long give me my money back they send me tracking information. They pretend they do not see my request. I recommend you do not waste your valuable time and money. You may never see your order. Unprofessional! I DO NOT RECOMEND.

The rings didn't arrive as told, I paid extra to have them shipped out sooner but it was over 3 weeks before I received them. They are not excellent quality and I already have stones that have came out. It wasn't worth the money.

1 star given as there's no 0 stars option. Got the wedding rings from them. Ordered another pair from e-bay.
Joancee ones were 100 pounds, e-bay Chinese cheap option were about 5 pounds.
After 1 months already started to peel off. E-bay ones are like new, even if they've been worn more than the Joancee ones... I will add photos if someone asks for it. Thank you.

I ordered two rings from this company and received only one. They said it was returned due to insufficient address. They asked me to pay extra shipping for $15.00 and I agreed to pay the extra shipping but I keep following up the status of my ring when are they going to ship it but to date no reply whatsoever. I paid $118.00 for this ring and if they're not going to ship it then I need a refund immediately.

I ordered a wedding and engagement ring set on October 21,2023. I paid for expedited shipping. I was under the impression I would be receiving this ring in a reasonable amount of time since expedited shipping cost me 25 dollars for a ring set...but, no. I started emailing the address provided a week after I ordered. Every message I received was automated. That is not acceptable. After 10-11 days, I emailed them and let them know that I paid for expedited shipping and that they really need to get it together and that the automated messages are not acceptable and that if my purchase doesn't ship real soon, I would be contacting the BBB...low and behold, a few hours later, I receive an email notifying me that my item had shipped...it has been 3 days since it shipped...if it looks like it came out of a bubble gum machine, I'm calling the BBB.

Well first off it took twice as long as stated to receive the rings ordered. And the tracking of order was a total joke. After finally being delivered the engraving on the inside was so small you need a magnifying glass to even see or read and the heart on each of the rings are different size so they make a heart but it's lop sided.

I'm trying to find a way to contact them to return an item and can't contact them. Emails are returned as undeliverable and there is no contact.

Great quality, shipping takes to long. Took three weeks to get.

I was ordering a ring to give for an engagement ring, and my girlfriend got wind of it and you guys have been corresponding with her the whole time on my order she was never supposed to know when it came. She was never supposed to know how much or what kind of ring. So that I'm very displeased ruined my whole plan

I have not yet received my ring. You had my correct address on file; however, put an incorrect address on my shipment. I am to be receiving a new ring but have not yet received it.

Didi not like on how long it would take to get the ring then payed the extra to have it shipped within 3 days and it was amonth and you can never get someone and talk to them.
