My ring is so beautiful it's our 1 year wedding anniversary. It's beautiful I just ordered my husband a ring

I ordered a sapphire ring…they sent the wrong colour. The ring was clearly light blue tanzanite. Now I will either have to keep the wrong colour ring or pay out of pocket to return it, despite this whole issue being their mistake. Offered a future discount, but am unwilling to order from this company ever again. Horrible experience. Admit your mistakes and don't make the customer pay for them.

I placed an order but never got a confirmation email... I had no idea if the order went through or not... got my ring a few weeks later however and am satisfied with it.

I've been trying to get in contact with you guys since March 20,2025 and have yet to get a response. I placed my order on March 9,2025 here it is April 10,2025. Never received email or text confirmation of my order. Didn't know if my order shipped out or not. I had to go through a third party just to find out my package was supposedly delivered March 26,2025 but not to me. I've sent multiple emails but never got an answer. I only found out that little information from a third party because their customer service is so poor! I've neverrrrr in my life had to go through so much with an order, ever! At this point it's just too much and I want my money back. I was really skeptical about ordering from here but still tried it. Now I regret my whole decision. Never again.
