Searching and purchasing was great. Did not like the wait time from factory to home time. Paid the extra to get product earlier and still was a long waiting time.

Had the ring for 1 week and it's already chipped on the band.

My wife loved it. Out in the sun, and moonlight the white sapphire sparkled intensely. She immediately showed me and I saw the twinkle in her eyes too.

Placed the order and paid extra for faster shipping (no tracking information that works) but took a month to receive the ring which turned out to be late for Mother's Day.
Once received there was a stone missing out of the band. At first they wanted us to pay to have it shipped to be repaired but they ended up covering it.
Only way to get a response was through Facebook messenger which takes a couple days each time for a reply.
They said they're shipping a new band which we're still waiting on.
The ring however looks amazing and she loves it so I guess that part was a plus. We'll see how long it takes for her to receive the band because we have yet to hear when it's coming.
