Paid extra for shipping to receive faster. Should have saved my money cause STILL haven't received it!

Took longer than what the site stated. Product was good quality but I need to return for something else sits too high the stone will get caught on everything. Now sure how that will go yet.

I request to return the ring as I do not like the way if fits on my finger - the sides rub. I was told since I removed the tag on the ring that I couldn't return it. I will not be buying anymore of your products.

I need my refund my package is saying delivered but I never received it

It's been over a month I have not received my order.

I paid over $20 for faster shipping (3-5 days), my ring was shipped on the 8th but not delivered until the 18th. It was not expedited, it was shipped as "standard". So, kind of bummed about that but my ring is beautiful and of good quality and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It could be so much better and so much easier. The order got here a month later than o expected and the wrong size. WAY TO BIG! Had to get it resized.

I got my ring today and I absolutely love it. It's bigger than I expected and it sparkles so much. I wear it every day. I ordered several more rings today and am excited to get them as well!

I received the items in perfect condition but i payed for express shipping and it still took 21 days for my product to get here

I really like the ring, but I felt duped when the ad says it is from South Carolina and it actually comes from China. I feel that is misleading advertisement.

They wouldn't let me return it because the tag wasn't on it. Seems like a ridiculous thing to require. All I wanted to do was exchange it. Won't shop with them again

The online pictures of your jewelry were much better quality than the actual piece I received
