Great service and super fast free shipping on order of $100. They charge more if you pay with a credit card but you will get your metals within 3 days with a credit card.
I purchase the 1/10 oz. Coins as the birthday presents to the Grandchildren. They collect them and they are preserved better than cash money. Plus they enjoy watching their collection grow and checking the price of gold to value what they have. They see it grow in value... such a good lesson

This was my first purchase from JM Buillion. Everything went fine. Only 'disappointment' I could mention is that even though I thought I bought with the Spot Market Value at a low point, I ended up getting charged the high spot market price of the day. I don't know how to lock in the spot value price at the exact time I was buying along at the time of order other than to remind myself that buying isn't like the stock market where you buy exactly at the time the price falls.

I ordered a package with several copper bullion rounds earlier in the day (January 3rd) and then decided to order protective capsules for them. The capsules arrived very expeditiously and without issue, I was rather pleased, HOWEVER, I am still waiting on a "re-shipment" (now January 14th) for the first order due to a shortage of one item. Why not just ship the other 13 items and show the missing item as "back ordered" or ship the remaining "replacement item" in a separate shipment? I am rather disappointed with the issue of the "incorrect availability" of the item that caused the issue and the EXTREMELY SLOW resolution time. I am STILL waiting for the re-shipment to even ship!
