Really like the layout of this website. Large product images with detailed descriptions and background information. Clear, easy to read, easy to move around the site. Have purchased four times this year and am happy with delivery timing and the items I've received. Thanks so much for making transactions and follow up so smooth!

Never Buy anything on JM Bullion. I Lost my money with this. I ordered gold bar here. They sent with USPS and package is stolen. Now JM Bullion is not responcible as per their policy. Worst policy. This is the reply from them when I contacted...

The JMBullion site is very easy to navigate and use. At first, I had to make several attempts to purchase because the "buyer identity" steps are strict. I prefer them to be, so this really didn't bother me. It probably wouldn't be as difficult for those more technically literate. Once I was verified, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. I receive an e-mail for each step of the process to inform me as to the status of my order. I respect the extra precautions JMBullion takes in making sure it remains a reliable source for purchasing precious metals.

Delivery was on time. They do a great job communicating with customers. They let me know before hand that they are experiencing shipping delays.

I order from these folks monthly. I order gold, silver, copper, etc. Their ordering process is as simple as it gets, their shipping options aren't over priced (if you under their minimums) and they have great order tracking on their site. If you're going to order precious medals, it's best to have a vendor partner who has the best prices while also having a rock solid website and order tracking mechanisms. JM Bullion does this.

As usual my order came as scheduled, right on time! I received confirmation of order, confirmation of shipment and the shipment came as promised with signature required. Keep up the good work!
