I am glad they changed payment procedure by accepting credit cards on their web instead of having to mail in a check and waiting longer for delivery. I am very happy with this and will continue to buy from them.

First time buyer from JM Bullion; I bought the 10oz silver roll for spot for new investors.
Unfortunately, I did not receive the package, as it was left on my doorstep all day. It was gone by the time I came home from work.
I still do not have my package.

Usually very high quality coins at reasonable prices. Have had to return a few over the years due to inproper handling. Customer service was very pleasant.

Received my order with no delay in a timely fashion. Not to much over spot price, so a fair price. Good addition to my collection.
