I have been dealing with this company for 5 years now and have always been satisfied with everything I have purchased from them. Primarily silver coins and rounds for gifts and now everyone looks forward to them... Some years I have spent close to $1,000 but I view it as an investment for my family. As an example, I began getting the Chinese panda coin for each one of my granddaughters every year so the 6-year old has 5 and the one that will be 2 in January has 2. I have 5 kilo lunar silver australian rounds and they all weigh 35.27 ounces of silver i dont know why people are saying these lunar kilos are 32.5 ouncess because they are not just weigh them and see jock.
Ive have done busniness with jm bullion for a while and never had a problem with them at all i alawys get my silver within 2 days of purchase and its great that they tell you the goat has 35 ounces of silver then everybody else telling you that the goat is 32.5 ounces of silver but jm goat has 35.27 0unces of silver better buckf for your money i never had a broblem with jm bullion jock.
My coin was out of the flap and loose and had minor scratch on it I was kind of upset it's a scratch that's inneseserry it was a gift for my uncle I don't know what to do about it

Lightening quick shipping! I can almost set my watch by it! I have bought from other mints as well but JM seems to have the best sales service. Every product I ordered came in just a few short days in perfect condition and packaged with care. I always recommend JMBullion to my friends and relatives as the best place to buy precious metals. I even recommended them to a customer of Amazon that was thinking about buying some silver rounds. He asked if these coins came in a protective covers from Amazon. My answer was that I only buy from JMBulliopn and everything they send is always in protective pockets. I also told him that if he wanted the best prices and service he should go on www.jmbullion.com. The articles he wanted were far overpriced on Amazon.
