I thought it would be sealed up I question a little bit of it if the bar is 100% or just the small simple inside the bar that is only silver

I collected Morgan Silver Dollars. I needed a 1924 P to add to my collection. JM Bullion sent me a promotional email advertising their Morgan Dollars for sale. I went to the site, clicked on the link for 1922-1926 Morgans. The page came up, there were various coins. I chose the 1924. Made the purchase. The package showed up a week later. I opened it and found a 1922 Morgan Dollar! Not at all what I ordered. When I checked my receipt, it stated 1922-1926 Morgan Silver Dollar - the link name that took me to SPECIFIC coins. When I spoke to the rep. He said that I "bought a coin in that group". Then why did you lay that page out with specific coins in that group with a specific link to add that coin to the cart? I call bull$#*!. Now have to go through the hassle of selling this coin on eBay and probably taking a hit because no return based on this marketing crap.
I was looking for a 5 oz silver ingot for a gift, when I decided to check if anything was on sale. I found some beautiful 1 oz. Coins and 5 of them were less than the ingot and made for a better looking gift item. They arrived quickly, nicely packaged and the recipient likes them.

I chose JMBullion because of their prices. I have stayed with them because of their beautiful silver. The website is also extremely easy to navigate.
I ordered 90% silver US coins some were $1. Face value mixed coins. One coin was a 1968 Kennedy Half that I believe is a 40% silver coin. The order receipt had two inspection stamps and initials confirming the order to be all 90% silver. But one coin was not. I'm not worried about the $2.30 value difference, I am concerned about the QC order inspection process that would miss this coin if several people have checked the order. Contacted them immediately on friday, this is tuesday, but no response yet, I'll give the matter a few more days. If I am wrong then my deepest regrets and strongest apology. *UPDATE* Now Monday, 2/4/19. Customer service originally said a investigation would be opened. I asked my customer service conversation recording be forwarded to upper management thinking this would be easy to check into and with some urgency, BUT as of today 2/4/19 nothing yet. My Star review is now dropped to 3. I have received good service until the problem with this order
