I placed an order and they specifically stated estimated 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. After 14 weeks, many calls, emails, and chats (many of which were not returned) I still have not received the item. This is after multiple promises of delivery that were of course not met. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this company-- there are many better options out there.
Consistent communication, updates and follow up. I will order from J. Keats again.
Very bad customer service and defective products being sold at a discount. They will not refund you, instead you will receive an email from them instructing you to go "directly to the manufacturer for your refund"
They cost me a lot of money shipping me 3 out of 4 defected sinks during my remodeling which created a huge delay in my construction. Their prices are cheap, but the quality of their merchandise is definitely questionable!

We ordered a great new vanity for a small bathroom remodel. It came timely and in perfect condition. I used JKeats because it was the best price of all internet sites.
I ordered a 42" Seacliff Bay Vanity & Mirror set. It was packed really well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The vanity is solid and well made. And the mirror is awesome. Can't be more pleased with it. Even better than the picture. I spoke to Andrew at Jkeats to track and he was very helpful. Came just when he said it would. Very happy all around!
Worst decision I ever made was to purchase a bathroom vanity from this company. They lied about everything on their website regarding their sales and delivery process. HORRIBLE!
Even the delivery guy was a jerk and wouldn't even bring the item in the home.
For spending over $2,000 with this company, that's ridiculous!
Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the item I ordered and we didn't get ripped over further. But my hopes aren't very high since they've sucked every step of this process.
Purchased a bathroom vanity from them for $368.00. When it arrived it was covered with Home Depot stickers/logo. When I went to the Home Depot site I saw the same cabinet for $200... I think they purchase from Home Depot and then turn around and almost double the price and sell to innocent online shoppers. What a rip off! Would return but have to pay for the return myself - another hit to the pocketbook!
