Avoid at all costs! I am writing this on the 28th of September bear in mind and this is still ongoing. I ordered a 2 piece set for a holiday on the 5th of AUGUST, the parcel never arrived. They went back and forth with evri and after 4 WEEKS they sent another one out. I had already been on my holiday at that point and the fits to small as their sizes are way way off. So on the 12th September I sent it back, they received it days later, and have still not refunded me the money. The email said "we will process your refund within 14 days" it's been 15… Now I have just been sent an email giving me a gift card to spend on their website instead of my refund! Seems like only one man works at customer service, he takes days sometimes a week to reply, there's no way of calling anyone, I am disgusted and outraged never known a worse company genuinely.

I RETURNED A PARCEL UNUSED! ACCEPTED BY THE RIP OF MERCHANTS AND THEY HAVNT REFUNDED IN 25 DAYS! THIS SIMPLY ISNT GOOD ENOUGH.

IL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN, JUST BE AWARE EVERY ONE! YES 25 DAYS AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY

They take days on end to reply and when I reply back within seconds they take couple more days to reply they give you sort responses they don't give a valid tracking and my order didn't come

Ordered 2 items, they had never been delivered, fake excuses and after a while no reaction to my emails anymore

Ordered the 149£ 5 item package it arrived and the qaulity for what there charging isn't there & it gets worse!
Sent the package back and had 1 item refused for return due to pet hair (I accept that) but then the real trouble started. Waited weeks for my refund and only got it due to getting PayPal involved and was offered a refund of 115£ by kj attire as each item was discounted Ended up getting a 90£ refund instead so the basically they ripped me off & charged me full price for an substandard pair of cargo pants that don't fit and are poor qaulity

Beware of emails offering lucky boxes they just chuck the worst sellers in there don't add anywhere near up to the £200 value that the saying.

Worse experience ever. Been back and forward with one person ALEX always explaining about the same thing acting like he don't know what the hell im on about every time he replies.

I ordered 2 items a T shirt and cargo pants. Then I got an email saying they don't have the cargo pants in stock (even though it gave me the option of clicking and buying it) ALEX wrote on the email for me to let him know what other item I would like and he would post it so I did. I then received the delivery but only with 1 item the T shirt. I waited almost 2 weeks to see if the cargo pants would be posted like he promised "next working day delivery" but nothing. Now every time I email them (it's always Alex btw) I get "we can see your items have Been delivered on the 3rd of February" so once again I explain my situation and then I get another email saying sorry for any inconvenience we will post your item with next day delivery" after 3 days I reply once again saying can I have an update on the item if it's been shipped and once again ALEX replies with the same old crap like he has no idea what's going on "your items have been delivered" after 30emails back and forward ALEX has finally said your item that you selected is also out of stock haha. What a joke of a company. Keep the money you scam bag. ALEX won well done ALEX.

I ordered 2 tracksuits for 110 euro's and then saw the bad reviews on site's and I tried to cancel the order. Apparently the only way to cancel the order was to mail them so I did that. Only thing, it took them 2 day's to react and they said that my order already had been shipped out and that I need to send my order back once I receive it.
I have received my order now and eventually I tried it on. The tracksuits feel pretty cheaply made, almost cardboard like.
The thing is, I now want to send it back but I live in the Netherlands and sending it to the UK would almost cost more than the order actually costs.

Bit shocked this place is still running with all the same types of reviews. They clearly cannot afford the business and do not have the stock. Do not buy & I really wish I read the reviews. Ordered 2 coats and a hoodie. Received 2 size 8 jeans the inside packaging was all ripped. Jokers, their personal Instagram are full of ‘hard work ethics' surprised they could even spell most of those words. They can't even be bothered to reply. One word SCAMMERS.

My daughter bought a sweatshirt for her birthday. Way too big so returned the item. No refund given instead a credit note that I cannot use. Refusing to refund me back to the credit card I used even after sending numerous emails to the company.

Fell for an Instagram ad, but definitely don't regret it! I purchased a puffer jacket; it's super warm and worth the $100+ price tag. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star is because the text on the plastic label sleeve branding is already starting to wear off.

Sizing: I'm 5"9, and bought a woman's medium. I also tried a large, but it was way too big (I suspect the men and women jackets are the same product).

Shipping: Shipping to the US is free on orders over $100. And delivery only took 3 days!

Returns: I wanted to return the large, but it was going to cost me $50 to return the package myself!
