Jimmy Choo

Terrible service as there is none. Jimmy Choo charges outrages prices but does not offer any after sales. Booties of over 800 euros are broken. While I am trying for weeks for JC to repair or refund, after 2 months I am still waiting! I am shocked with the service. They keep sending automated emails with no change or effort. This is beyond acceptable behaviour.

I recently bought two pairs of Jimmy Choo's, both for my wedding. The first pair is a Love 85 Mochi that is really beautiful and colourful but a bit narrow at the toes. However, after wearing the pair twice, the shoes become comfortable. The second pair of Jimmy Choo's I bought is a Romy 60 coarse glitter fabric, Champagne. In order to purchase it, I went to Milan, at the JC Via Sant' Andrea boutique. My whole experience there was amazing, the staff was professional and nice. I am very happy with my Romy's, they are wider than my Love 85 Mochi, they look exquisite and are very comfortable to walk in, even though the heel is thin. The fact that it is metallic is also a plus. I totally recommend both pairs. Still, having the opportunity to compare them, I consider that the Romy model is better than the Love 85 pointed toe model for a person having wider feet like mine. Also, I am glad I tried on the pairs before buying them because, in my case, both models ran true to size (38 UE).

I purchased two pairs of sneakers online, same style and different sizes because I was not sure how Jimmy Choo fits, salesperson Donna Venza never mentioned purchase was final sale, now I have the same pair of shoes just because they neglected to received back the second pair, It is been a month without resolution, many calls to customer service and many broken promises to call me back and resolve my issue that I just gave up with the brand.
Very disappointed how they do business in America.

I love the smell of this product! I came acroos it at mall and loved it so much I bought it. The price is great.
