I've used Jiffy for years; my only issue is I wish they would allow us to pay for upgraded shipping at checkout! Sometimes I need orders quicker than a week from a warehouse across the country.

I have been ordering from jiffy for a few years. But it seems for the past few orders I have gotten stained or dirty shirts. This last time instead of all the mediums I ordered, they gave me smalls. Didn't have enough time to send back and wait so I had to pay a little more to get some from amazon.

I love how things turn out and the quality of the DTF is amazing.
I placed an order for 8 shirts, only received 6. I had no time to wait on customer service to ship me replacements, had to re order the shirts. Paid shipping for BOTH shirts. Ended up spending 2x the amount on these shirts than needed to. Do they not check before packaging? This is insane.
Order was placed for a funeral and although I paid for expedited delivery it was delivered 3 days late and i was not able to fulfill the order.

Placed an order for transfer Thursday evening they said it would be delivered Monday I got it Saturday instead which was great for me.
I got few shirts that were damaged, and I contacted customer care, and they were very helpful and solve the issue that I had by shipping out the replacement.
Our shirts were great. We had two small issues: 1) we received two shirts that were not ours. We were told by Jiffy to keep or donate them. We call the number on the shirt and mailed them to that person. 2) One of the shirts was labeled large but it was much smaller than the other larges. We would order from here again because our overall experience was good. The quality of the shirts is nice. I have washed them and there is no shrinkage or peeling.
I always have a great experience but the last two times I've needed a few shirts in specific colors and size and they have been out of stock.
