I have ordered shirts from Jiffy for a few years now and I can always depend on them shipping the orders when they say they are. I have only ever had an issue twice. Once there was a hole in one shirt (not Jiffy's fault) and they replaced it promptly. Another time the wrong size we're sent and they corrected the issue immediately and replaced them for me. Great customer service.

Considering the crazy supply chain issues everyone is having, Jiffy does a great job of keeping us informed when items come back in stock. Items ship quickly, no one can fault Jiffy is the carrier experiences a delay, that's out of their hands. On the rare occasion that I need customer service, they are super quick to respond and correct the issue. Pricing has remained fair and allowed us small shops to stay open.
