I had an issue with one of my packages that wasn't arriving because ups easter Sunday hours i was so confused with all the shipping and i contacted jiffy shirts customer service by email and less than a few minutes i had an immediate response with help package information and they even refunded me shipping cost for the inconvenience best customer service ever thank you jiffy will definitely order again very soon
The wrong item was sent to me (I'm a frequent purchaser and this have never happened before) and they immediately sent out the correct item, I had it 2 days later.
There was apparently an issue with USPS not scanning 1 of my packages as delivered. JiffyShirts contacted me (not the other way around!) saying it looked like my package was lost and to let them know if we needed a replacement shipped! I actually received the package so there wasn't a problem but it really blew me away that a company was on top of tracking! Most companies "ship-and-forget"! I will definitely order again.
