I am the person in my organization in charge of creating promotional items to give to our registered members during events and I had no idea that it was going to be this easy to get T-Shirts made. Jiffy took care of cleaning up my original design and then helped me find the best T-shirts to order so the design could be pressed onto it. The order arrived within 2 days and I was able to get the Tshirts made on time.

Good but could be better

My JiffyMade shirts aren't always correct. The placement is CONSTANTLY way too low. It should be 3" from the collar, it never is. Its 5-7" down and all my shirts don't look right, because the image sits way too low on the shirt. Same for the back prints. My orders are always inconsistent. Everytime I made an order for the same print I have previously purchased, the colors don't match. That is a huge turn off for me.

I had placed an order and part of the order was not place on jiffy's side timely, causing my order to not be delivered until after the event that I had ordered the shirts for. When I reached out with my concern I was disappointed with the options and response I received. In all of my other experiences with Jiffy when I reached out with concerns I felt like I got responses or options that were helpful.

I ordered 18 shirts from Jiffy and had them apply the logo I uploaded. The colors came out so vivid, and I was really impressed with how fast everything arrived — less than 48 hours! Before I even received the package, Jiffy emailed me to let me know they weren't happy with the quality of one of the shirts and had already remade it and shipped a replacement, which arrived the day after the original package. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated.
We ordered the whole array of sizes, from kids through adult 4X, and everyone loved their fit. They also washed beautifully, holding their color and shape. We surprised our family with these shirts on our vacation, and they were a huge hit! The quality of the shirts was excellent, and the print looked amazing. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience — fast, thoughtful, and top-notch quality. Highly recommend Jiffy!

Cutting prints

When I order a bunch of prints and pay for them to be cut, I would think they'd 1) either be cut or 2) be cut correctly

My immediate previous order did not cut the glitter prints at all. Then, they cut up my NFL images without looking at the print. Now, I get to line up 8-10 prints for a complete press.

Tax Exempt Issue

It's hard to have the ability to call to ask for questions. I submitted my tax exempt info but did not receive a response in 3 days. I emailed everyday and nothing... so that was discouraging as my order was delayed when being placed... meaning now I won't get my shirts until next Monday instead of this week.
