I have ordered several transfer prints for my small business in the last 4 months. The quality has been amazing. I had one image that the colors did not match what had been uploaded. Customer service responded promptly and resolved the issue far beyond my expectations. Thank you for a great product and outstanding customer service.

I normally always have great luck with Jiffy. But sometimes there's those couple times there was mess up. But jiffy always give money back or store credit for the mistake.

The distinguishing factor between one supplier and another is the way they handle the orders from customers. So far, I am very pleased with both how Jiffy has addressed my needs as a small business owner and how they have supported me through my intended work purpose when buying products through them. Highly recommend.

My JiffyMade shirts aren't always correct. The placement is CONSTANTLY way too low. It should be 3" from the collar, it never is. Its 5-7" down and all my shirts don't look right, because the image sits way too low on the shirt. Same for the back prints. My orders are always inconsistent. Everytime I made an order for the same print I have previously purchased, the colors don't match. That is a huge turn off for me.

My previous experience was wonderful. I was so excited to get the order done, that I forgot to state the correct color! But I feel confident that my reorder will get here in a timely fashion. Thank you.

Love every order I've gotten from Jiffy, I only had 1 issue & they quickly refunded me and have great customer service! :) Will keep ordering. I love how quick the orders come, I'm about to put another order through today!

This is my second order, and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Customer service has been great and myy questions have been answered quickly.

I wasn't impressed with the customer service offering a $10 refund when my order was over $125+ and the transfers were half of that and the part of the order that was delayed by a week

I had placed an order and part of the order was not place on jiffy's side timely, causing my order to not be delivered until after the event that I had ordered the shirts for. When I reached out with my concern I was disappointed with the options and response I received. In all of my other experiences with Jiffy when I reached out with concerns I felt like I got responses or options that were helpful.

I love using Jiffy as my preferred vendor to purchase my t-shirts and other promotional products. It's easy and simple to find exactly what I need, the ordering process is simple and to the point and the customer service is great at handling any issues that may occur. When I order a bunch of prints and pay for them to be cut, I would think they'd 1) either be cut or 2) be cut correctly

My immediate previous order did not cut the glitter prints at all. Then, they cut up my NFL images without looking at the print. Now, I get to line up 8-10 prints for a complete press.

I order shirts and transfers from Jiffy all the time. I am always pleased with the quick shipping and quality of the products

I personally love the re order button so I don't have to go back through and make adjustments or start over. Again, shipping is literally so fast!

I ordered several shirts for our high school Powderpuff Volleyball games! They came quickly and are very good quality for the price!

It's hard to have the ability to call to ask for questions. I submitted my tax exempt info but did not receive a response in 3 days. I emailed everyday and nothing... so that was discouraging as my order was delayed when being placed... meaning now I won't get my shirts until next Monday instead of this week.
