I had an item that I did not order and was missing an item I did order and they handled the situation right away. I was able to keep the wrong item and they sent out my missing item within the next couple of days.

We needed shirts "in a jiffy" and an online search brought you to our attention. Even though it was a holiday weekend, and we lost a mail day, the shirts arrived in time for us to get them embroidered for our charity golf tournament. Volunteers said the shirts were comfortable and cool (moisture wicking definitely). Your staff reponse to questions during the order process was excellent, as was the followup after the order was processed and received. We'll be back. Thank you!

Shirts fit great and feel soft! Can't beat the price
I wish the prices were a little cheaper. I understand costs are rising for everyone, but I always think they're just a little too expensive. Shipping is also expensive.
So far, I have received all of my packages on time with all of shirts the right size and style that I purchased.
