We ordered about a dozen shirts to help us dial in the brand and style we wanted to use for our business t-shirts. It turns out that none of them had a good fit and we needed to return them all. This of course wasn't the fault of Jiffy shirts, just the styles and brands we chose. Jiffy made it very easy to return the shirts with a prepaid label, and we did not have to pay for the return. So I'd say great customer service, and lots of shirts to choose from!

Alas, my Jiffy Shirts were at first lost in a sea of neighborhood mail. However, I received a re-shipment in a timely manner, at a different address to boot, and even received a bonus package. 10/10 would JiffyShirt again!
A mistake was made with a billing a shipping address so the company resent shirts to the correct address. It took a little extra time which was after I needed the shirts but then going the extra mile to correct my mistake made things so much easier!
I needed to make a return and the staff is Jiffy followed up with me very fast. It was a smooth process.
