I didn't have to reach out to customer service on this order, but they have always been helpful in the past. Anytime that I have ever had missing or defects in items (this happens rarely), they have been quick to issue a replacement and get it to me in a timely manner.
I've always had a great experience with returns and had an issue with an order I needed to add items but it was too late. They gave me a free shipping code so I didn't have to pay twice. It didn't go through so they sent me another one.
The app is quick and easy to use. The prices just can't be beat and the quality of everything is number one! Extremely satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
