I ordered a few transfers. Some were the same as on this order. There was a white border around the image. I thought only the image would be printed. The extra border was printed as part of the image and it made the dimensions off for the project that I was working on. I wasn't able to use it, therefore, money and time were wasted. I'm looking for other dtf options but until I find one, I'm giving this another try.
I will continue to spend my money and share my experiences with Jiffy as long as I always receive the excellent customer service. They really have not made me regret any of the purchases I have made over the years. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround.
So far so good. I do not have any issues with my designs. I am still learning my dimensions on certain items. However, I love that it says this day, but they arrive days before. That always make me excited to be able to get my order correct prior to when it says it will arrive
I use jiffy often and it usually goes well. Great customer service! I just wish I didn't have to order so much to get free shipping, this is the only thing that keeps me from using them 100% of the time.

I have ordered from Jiffy many times. Any errors were always remedied quickly and kindly. This time I ordered a bunch of tees to be printed to save me time from pressing them myself and now I am hours into my "saved time" disputing and tracking replacement tees because the original ones were printed upside down. While the customer service reps are ever kind and patient I still don't have my replacement shirts and now have spent hours contacting Jiffy and taking pictures of the botched shirts and now I'm just fresh out of patience and my deadline has passed for when my shirts were to be delivered to my client. I really just want the shirts I paid for. Why does a replacement order take longer to print than the initial order?
I have had the BEST experience with Jiffy! They ship quickly, answer emails quickly, and resolve anything quickly! They really live up to their name. I've been buying from them for over 2 years and will continue to buy from them. The quality of shirts, DTF prints, and stickers are unmtatched.
My previous order took really long to arrive and it got lost so I had to place a second order for the same items; to be fair it was the first time in the many times I ordered that this happened.
The shirts fit perfect and they have so many colors to choose from. If I ever need to order in bulk this is the company I use
We have had a varied exprience on the print overlap quality. Since we use our prints on mostly black shirts the white backing sometimes isn't aligned perfect so it shows on the edges of the designs. Hopefully we get a good batch this time.

Although you cannot physically talk to someone, if you send an email, they do respond in a timely manner. I had a customer who, at the last minute, wanted a custom shirt instead of a DTF print, and Jiffy did everything to make it right. They issued a refund and even offered free shipping. Thank you for taking care of this matter so quickly.

I was expecting UPS or USPS to be the source of my Christmas stress this holiday season, but it's actually Jiffy.com this year. I've talked to 3 CS reps in 3 days regarding this.
Because despite ordering these transfers on Monday, December 15th early in the day, they arrived on Thursday Dec 18 (estimated for Wed the 17th, held for a "quality check") looking faded and spotty. In discussions with customer service agents on Thursday, I was told my file quality wasn't high enough and they recommended about 300dpi. I uploaded at 1000dpi, and they discovered that their system downgraded my files somehow. Was given 30% off coupon codes and $100 credit for the inconvenience. Replacements to be sent. Do you think they arrived Friday? No, because the design team had to get involved (why?) and they have a queue of clients ahead of me 👀. Assured they printed the label with NEXT DAY DELIVERY and he was "sure they'd be here at the latest Monday" I advised them multiple times these are for Christmas orders and I need to have these actually looking good and so I can press them for my customers. My anxiety is through the roof and seeing their ads every 5 seconds is just pissing me off. This is NOT the first issue I've had, but I was fooled by the refunds and coupons and temporary good transfers I have received in the past. I'm not being picky or overly critical. I've worked really hard to be a business people can rely on getting a good product from. It's wild to me to see a company ok with sending a poor to iffy quality product even on occasion, but doesn't make it right. So here I am, December 22 trying to figure out another plan to not disappoint my customers the way Jiffy has me. Merry freaking Christmas.
