I have ordered from jiffy a few times and always receive my order as scheduled. This order was for 75 tshirts, different colors and different fabrics….my shirts came exactly as scheduled, packaged securely and the items I ordered are exactly what I received. I usually buy the Bella Tee's because they have a variety of colors and fit MOSTLY like a performance tee. BUT about half the colors surprise you and come with a baggy/boxy cut with big sleeves while other colors fit perfect.
Shipping needs to change. For Cdn shoppoers Canada Post is the cheapest by far unless you get a shipping discount by volume from the other shippers. I have some experience with this and it seems the 'volume discount' is not being passed to the customer and the flat rate is more than buying 5 t shirts. Perhaps it's time to offer more shipping options to customers on checkout.

I needed to purchase hoodies for my girl scout troop. I found some really cute ones that were cost efficient for us. They are warm enough for all our adventures we are planning. I recently placed an order for several shirts in the same size but different colors. The order was filled and delivered very quickly. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the shirts was the wrong size, after emailing the company about the error I was amazed when I received an email a couple of days later that said they had already sent a replacement shirt in the correct size for free! I was told to keep/donate the wrong sized shirt, so no hassle of having to ship it back to them. It's awesome to have a company go above and beyond like that to rectify an issue and keep a customer happy! You folks do business right, thanks!
