Been ordering off the website for a while now and occasionally have issues with orders, but without hesitation, they are quick to resolve an issue I have and I truly am grateful for the Jiffy customer service team
I contacted Jiffy to let them know the problem I had with their site in July. Today, the 1st of Oct, they reached out to me to offer me a coupon. While that was nice of them, I feel like it was so I would improve the rating I gave them. Even with the problems, I really would buy through them. My shirts came in a timely manner and were good quality.

My last order was lost in shipping, but nothing you can do about that, they took care of it! I, however, ordered myself the wrong shirts!
I have ordered with Jiffy for years now and they always have great prices, minimal errors. If any they correct very quickly. And always delivers faster then expected so you can guarantee to have your items on a whim!
App easy to use, orders ship fast, very rarely have an issue with any orders if so great customer service that makes it right quickly!

Many late deliveries. There's been a few shirts that have not been pressed correctly and even still have the transfer paper on them..
Orders haven't been on time with what was expected from dates given. Colors haven't been right on printing. Had some shirts that had flaws. Jiffy has worked with me to try and fix the issues. Some of the reply's haven't been timely which caused my reprinting of decals to be late. I wish I had a way to contact someone via phone to get immediate help when I need it.
Suggestion-have a way to move things from one cart to another. I had some items that were causing my order not to arrive until Friday. I wished I could have moved them to another cart to ship separately so the rest of my order could ship earlier. I ended up having to make a new cart and add the items again.
Since I was told about Jiffy Shirts, I have only used Jiffy for our Tee Shirt business needs. Then you introduced DTFs. Wow! I ordered some DTFs today that will be here 2-morrow!

Got hacked, had to delete my account and add another one. Pain in the butt. Lost my 30% off coupon because of it. Still waiting for an email from customer service because both of my got cancelled. Frustrating.!
Usually very reliable with shipping dates, however, a few of my last orders have been delayed by a day or two. This normally is not an issue, but for one it was as I needed it by the date. I ordered in time, but I could tell based on the emails and order status, the order hadn't been created in time to get it to me, so of course, it was delayed. Also specific sizes of items have been out of stock recently, which probably isn't a fault of jiffy, but still a frustration for the customer - especially when I can get all but 1 size on matching shirts, so I have to go to an alternate, unfamiliar, brand.
Your site won't process my debit card properly, which is extremely frustrating as it forces me to use a different card. I have to over purchase in order to get free shipping. But at least I can send back what I don't end up needing.
Jiffy's prices are higher than competitors, so I was expecting better quality shirts. Same size shirts vary in length quite significantly. XLs can be anywhere from 31" as expected to 28" which is extremely short. My previous experience pushed Jome to try other sites, which had a lot better prices, some as much as $3 and $4 dollars cheaper per shirt for the CC 6030, but the 1717 quality was a little worse at bulkapparel.com & ApparelBus.com so I'm back to give jiffy another chance.
We order from Jiffy a few times a year. We always get our shirts within a day or two. We've never needed to return due to defects. And returning extra items is easy peasy.
I ordered t-shirt for my last order and shipping was quick and product was as described. I go to Jiffy for most of my materials.
All products have arrived as advertised. The art on the transfer sheets has been great. I've done a few different runs of shirts and will continue to do so as new ideas show up at the station!
