Easy ordering and great customer service! My experience as far as ordering was mostly wonderful. The selection is amazing and the prices are really good. Some of the products we wanted were out of stock in particular sizes but that wasn't as big of an issue as the shipping. Apparently items are shipped from different warehouses and, to my knowledge, there was no way to know this until you got to the checkout. Only then it breaks up your order and charges shipping from each warehouse and that made it impossible to get to the free shipping. I would have had no trouble spending at least $99 to get free shipping. On my first order, I contacted customer service and the lady was kind enough to waive all shipping charges but on my second order, I didn't bother asking. I deleted my other choices and only bought 2 items that came from a single point and paid $9.95 shipping. Didn't make me very happy though. Their loss!

Quality of shirts is excellent. I decorate the shirts with HTV and have never had a problem after laundering. Prices are really, really good. I will always buy from Jiffy.

I have bought a lot since January 2023 and within the past few months it's been non stop errors. Wrong items, wrong colors, stains, missing items. I gave many many many chances, spoke to many different people within and for some reason u just can't make it right. Not sure what has happened in the wharehouse lately so I have officially switched to another company.

100% white cotton golden shirts arrived when expected. It was our 1at time Tye dying and they came out great

I love the shirts the quality and price. My only issue was that the delivery was broken up into 4 deliveries for about 70 shirts. Several days apart. But other than that I'm happy with my order.

I have order 3 different for of shirts from different brands and materials. So far this last one are the best.

Just want to thank the team, I ordered 3 shirts, all were cheap and are super comfortable, exactly what I wanted. Not only did I love the product but the shipping was faster than even the estimate on the site. I plan on ordering more in the future!

I ordered a large amount of tees - all pocket tees in sizes - all my sizes were correct except 10 XL tees. When I messaged I was told my order would go out next day allowing me to meet the deadline. I messaged the next day and told there were no guarantees but my order was scheduled to ship. I then had to drive to the S&S warehouse to make sure I met my deadline.

At S&S I had to sub tees because the ones that were shipping had been out of stock across the country in XL. The rep knew this when I reported the issue and still reassured me I would have my tees.

I immediately took the wrong ones to UPS. Had to prove I used the right label. Had to fight to return the replacements that I already replaced.

I have been a customer for over 12 years and will never purchase again.

I needed to find shirts for a family reunion that ranged from infant to two XL sizes. They had a great color selection and plenty of brands to choose from. One item came damaged and they were quick with a response and got it resolved for me.

I ordered sweatshirts for a child's birthday party. They came within 2 days. The sweatshirts were good quality, perfect for my needs (make your own sweatshirt with patches and heat press). They run a little smaller than expected. When it was time to return the unused items, the website was user friendly and my return was easy to make. I really appreciated the one time complimentary return.
