My only complaint is shipping charges are a hot mess. Hate having to pay separate shipping fees because ordering products from different lines. Definitely makes one reluctant to try new products from other companies because no one is spending $14.99 on shipping a $2.99 item. Also, if paying shipping, items should arrive in less than three days.
