I needed a shirt size different than what I picked. They could not change it but I got a refund and my new shirt came in time.

I purchased 10 shirts for my son's college dance team when I couldn't find them locally and was on a time crunch. Not only were they the perfect shirts and they bleached better than the local ones did, buy they came early allowing me to get them done in time to surprise his team. Now the pom squad wants some so I will definitely be a repeat customer.

NOT FOR SUBLIMATION, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. According to an email response from their customer support, I was informed that vendor does not recommend for sublimation. I went through 6 shirts and messaged them with images, and AFTER THEIR RESPONSE 12 more that just didn't come out right but ended up just giving them to customer for free since I already had to push back the order due to first ones not working out. Save yourself the money and see which are intended for sublimation. This was a major loss for me, had I known sooner I would've stuck to the ones I normally use. | sent an email with pictures. No matter how low/high/ pressure/time, there's was scorching and discoloration, plus some stretch mark marks that were just awful. I now am having to redo the entire order with a different brand and from a different site. I am highly disappointed. Should've definitely been part of the above response to someone who was having the same issue. Instead they made it seem like it was doable, and was not transparent like in their emails. I can't upload the images, will try in separate review.
