I've ordered from Jiffy for years and never had an issue. This month I placed an order, with the posted ETA being Monday, March 18th. Jiffy, awesome as ever, had my packaged delivered early the next day, Saturday, March 16th. Unfortunately, not expecting a weekend delivery, there was no one around to grab it from on top of the mailbox where it was left. When I checked in on Monday, the tracking said it was delivered so I hurried downstairs to grab it, only to find it was not there. I fear the worst happened, but all I could do was speculate because the package was nowhere to be found and I had no other recourse. Until, that is, I contacted Jiffy! Like I said at the start, I've been dealing with Jiffy for years and the way they handled my issue will certainly keep me coming back. After explaining what happened(while expecting nothing really, as this wasn't really their fault), Jeff, a Jiffy associate, was able to arrange a replacement order be sent to me, hassle free. I was even able to change the delivery address to my place of business so that I can be sure to receive it safely. The replacement arrived within the week. I feel like Jeff, and Jiffy as a whole, went above and beyond to not only make sure my issue was resolved satisfactorily, but to truly make me feel valued as a long-term customer. The products themselves were heavenly - exactly, if not better than what I was expecting. I'm already looking at other items to buy soon. Thank you again!
