I placed an order for a shirt and paid expedited shipping for it to get here in time. When I got my delivery I received two tote bags. I contacted customer service and sat in a queue starting at 30 and whenever it got down to position 9 the key would start all over again and I would be put back in position 30. This happened three times. A waste of over an hour of my time. When customer service did get back to me they stated they would look at my issue the next day which would be a Saturday. I reached out again that Saturday morning asked if they could please send me what I ordered overnight as it was needed for a customer. I received a response that someone would get to me as soon as possible. My item was shipped Monday and I might get it by Tuesday or Wednesday. I requested some type of compensation for the inconvenience that it's caused me and for the extra money I paid for expediting... Crickets. There's a reason why there's no phone number to call. They simply don't care.

I ORDERED ON JULY 4TH AND NOW OVER 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING. EVERYDAY I CHECK DATE CHANGES AND IVE SENT EMAILS AND NO ANSWERS. REASON WHY I ORDER THREW THEM CAUSE THEY GIVE U A DATE OF DELIVERYON THE 8TH NOW THE 18TH. NOW ITS A JOKE GOT CUSTOMERS WAITING OVER 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING. WILL NEVER ORDER DTFS AGAIN ESPECIALLY WHEN GETTING IGNORED!
Quick and easy. Just wish shipping was cheaper.

I am in disbelief of how horrible the quality of my transfers are! Why they shipped them in such awful quality is beyond me! Only 1 image came out perfect. The other 4 are smeared. I sent in a complaint a week ago, but I have yet to hear from anything about it.
I've made several orders with Jiffy over the last few weeks for various projects, and generally the quality is acceptable. I've ordered both vinyl die cut stickers and DTF transfers in standard and glow-in-the-dark.
I understand that the orders are outsourced, I just wish there were more consistency.
On my first DTF order, any white printed area was somewhat ivory, which is ok. Obviously wasn't too big of a deal because I've made several orders since this one.
The stickers in this order were perfect. Nice waterproof vinyl, die cut individually, the three different designs I ordered were separated and stacked nicely and each wrapped with a rubber band. Really great first impression.
My next order was just for more stickers. I ordered three different versions of a logo. They were vinyl and individually die cut, however all 450 stickers were thrown into one bag and I had to sort them out myself. If this had been my first impression, I'd still be happy with the quality of the product. But being that it wasn't, I was disappointed that they were all just tossed into the same bag.
My next order was for glow in the dark DTF transfers. These came out pretty good. They're more expensive so I skimped on the size a little. They're still going to get the job done. I like them.
My next order was for standard DTF transfers and more stickers. Ok, so I'll take the blame for this mistake because I didn't thoroughly check the transfer sheet before applying, BUT, they printed my name in what looks to be about 10pt font just outside one of the copies and it made it onto the shirt 😂 I should have paid closer attention, but it's still kind of weird that they put that there.
The rest were great quality.
Now for the stickers, and this is the reason I'm only giving 3 Stars - OMG if these stickers were my first impression of Jiffy I would NEVER make another order again! They are on standard sticker paper, not individually cut, instead they are on one large sheet and they are completely unusable. There is an additional outline cut around the edges making it impossible to remove the full sticker from the sheet in tact.

I ordered another round of DTF transfers and, although the color saturation is closer to being accurate, the entire starburst backing up the image was eliminated from the print.
I have been ordering from Jiffy for years and I have never been disappointed! They are the best. They are my only go to when I need shirts.
I placed an order for transfers on 30 June, which were cloudy due to the background not being fully removed. I've sent two emails requesting replacement items, but still no response. I am losing customers and business waiting for a response or some type of resolution. Haven't had problems in the past, but when you get no type of contact, you might as well find another vender.
I've always used Jiffy for shirts. They are so quick and easy to contact. Now they offer DTF so now its a one stop shop for me. I can't believe how quickly I get my prints. It's a game changer!
Good morning right this review to correct my last review. I wrote a review in regards to missing items. It turns out some of the DTFs were stuck to each other and so it appeared that not all the items were there. Someone did reach out to me and I'm appreciative of that even though it wasn't in a timely manner where I felt I needed answers. I was informed that the 24 hour chat is going through some upgrades and I was compensated. I am satisfied with the outcome. I am satisfied that I was compensated and that someone did take the time to reach out to me. I will continue to use Jiffy because I do love the quality.
I love using jiffy for my shirts and transfers! Recently just ordered some DTF transfers and they sent me some samples of UV DTF and I LOVE THEM. I will be ordering those next!

I have a Father's Day package for work suppose to be here Monday. Not scanned for a week and I have no updates via Canada post OR jiffy.ca. They have no contact source and haven't responded to my emails. Nothing. I have been stolen from!
I ordered some t-shirts from Jiffy. I was told they would be in in 3-5 days. Here we are nearly 3 weeks and nothing! I have sent several messages into the Jiffy Abyss Email System with no response. When I look at the fictitious tracking number I was provided, it said it would be in January 2025. Customer Service said it was lost with UPS. That is probably why UPS does not even recognize the fake number you provided as a tracking number. Seems like a total scam to me!
