I had an issue with ups losing my package and my customer service representative Dorian made sure I got a replacement so quickly. He had my replacement packed, shipped and out for delivery in 2 days. Superb customer service!

Jiffy has the BEST customer service and that to me is top priority! Their products and prices are great! If I ever have an issue they are always very quick to make it right!

Items ordered were delivered to me the next day. After receiving the order, there was 1 out of the 100+ shirts delivered that had a huge hole, jiffy shipped a replacement, without any fuss.

I ordered 30+ dtf prints for tshirts from Jiffy. The website was easy to use. The order shipped and arrived within days. When I received the order, the colors and graphics looked great, exactly like the pictures. I did have an issue with the quality of a couple of the prints but I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and friendly, resolved my issues the same day. Overall good experience and will be ordering again.

These transfers are amazing and so reasonably priced. The shipping is a bit misleading - it always takes longer than they estimate, but the product is great. Wish the shirts shipped free with the transfers - there's a seperate fee for those for whatever reason.

I order all the time and everything is great quality. On the times I have experienced an issue with an order, the customer service team has fixed it right away.

I have placed 2 recent orders with Jiffy. The shirts and DTF transfers have came so quickly and in great shape. The shirts are so comfortable and the prints look so great on any shirt!

I know that when I order from Jiffy my shirts ( usually Ts or Polos) are going to be exactly what I expected them to be.

Customer service gets back to me within an hour or so. They are very prompt and is ready to help me in anyway possible.

This is the second time Jiffy has failed on their shipping. On my first order, they notified me that the item was delivered. But, it was not in my location. They gave an amount of $10.00 as a compensation. The next day, the item was delivered correctly.

On my second order, it happened again. I got a notification that the item was returned to the sender. The next day, it was returned to the sender again. And, the funny thing was the items were delivered to two different cities.

I requested a refund. I got irate when Adam/Allan advised me that I should choose a different address or UPS drop-off location to avoid this situation from happening again.
How about improving your shipping service? Jiffy is the only brand/company that cannot deliver right to my doorstep. Ironic.

Very easy to shop online, lots of inventory to choose from! Easy to deal with on return orders!

Items are easy to order online and there is a good selection of product.

I really like using jiffy. They have a wide selection of great products to choose from and the few times I have had to use the chat feature it has been quick and easy - they even reached out via email when I left a chat early! They have great shipping times as well. I received one order the very next day!
