ONCE IN A WHILE... I get a "klinker" - less than I expected. But it's always a "work" shirt so I don't really care if the fit is a bit off.

Last order- had the same long sleeve t shirts before- 5 star. Sweatshirts I ordered a size up from before- perfect!

I ordered about 40 shirts and sweatshirts. One was defective. I reached out and within 24 hours I was given the option of a refund or credit. They didn't require a bunch of pictures/proof or return. They trusted my word which was really refreshing. I didn't really want to spend the time on a return or a bunch of hassle. Their great pricing, fast turnaround and now their proven customer service are why I've been a repeat customer for a long time. I use them for my company polos, sweatshirts, winter hats, t shirts, etc.
