Great service, excellent customer service and rapid delivery

I coach a collegiate team and used Jiffy's to order their line jackets (light windbreaker), dance bags, and collared shirts. The order always comes quickly and Ai am very pleased with ordering from them. I return to order twice a year.

Ordering process is very easy and shipping is typically pretty quick!

I've been ordering from jiffy for a number of years now. It's a great company. They stand behind their products and make things right when needed.

I always order small orders from Jiffy and they shirts are great and the order comes very fast.

I asked their representatives multiple times if the sublimation prints work on hard surfaces like ornaments and was told yes. They were incredibly blurry and I tried on every type of setting. Only prints well on clothing. Also when uploading the picture, their program resized it to the image versus the picture dimensions. This should be explained when uploading your picture. Because there was a delay on my supplies, it was a day after their 72 hour return policy that I realized the prints were incorrect due to the auto resizing.

I had a print that was caught up in a glitch!
The rep issued me a credit & gave me a store credit for the new order I had to place.
She was pleasant & made everything all right!
Every rep I've had has been AWESOME!

I ordered the Canva + Bella shirts- 50% polyster, 25% Cotton. They fit perfectly. I tend to have a hard time with shirts fitting me due to my broad shoulders.

Great company to work with. They have great products and quick shipping. I have ordered many times and the orders are always correct and shipped quickly. My most recent order was missing one item. I messaged jiffy and a new item was sent right away.

Update: Everything came in really quickly and was excellent quality! The shirts were really nice and the transfers were so simple to use! I'll definitely be ordering again!

Some of the shirts I've ordered and received have little holes in them. And the shipping is ridiculous. I need my shirts by a certain day then they end up not being delivered for another couple more days out. It's not just on this order.

I have been very happy with each of my orders! They are delivered within days of my order which is nice!

I had an order shipped just before the Canada Post strike that got stuck in limbo. I spoke with a CS rep and they had the order re-done to be shipped out by Purolator. There was a disruption to that order, so Jiffy refunded my monies, but still worked to get that order out to me. When received, the order was great and they transfers have worked perfectly.

Very easy site to use. Your people are responsive to any questions and they helped me. To me, in this day and age of many sites lacking customer service, especially after purchase, it was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you.
