I love Jiffy and now that they are printing the shirts as well it is amazing - print is great quality! Hopefully they add sleeve prints and oversized printing soon. I've been using Jiffy for a while and appreciate the quality and pricing. I have purchased clothing items, sublimation prints, UVDTF and DTF gang sheets with no complaints.

I ordered 38 shirts for staff at the school I work at on a Wednesday afternoon, I was off from work for a snow day and ordered the shirts. It said they were coming the next day and the weather was clearing a little though we did still have a snow day the next day. I wasn't expecting my order to show but it did, right on time! Very fast shipping, great company

I recently purchased a shirt and cap order. When I received my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong shirts (poly/cotton blend). My customer wanted 100% cotton shirts. I was able to return the wrong shirts with no hassle and I put another order in for the correct shirts. Received the second order as well as the refund for my return super fast. I recently placed an order with jiffy made. It's be 3 weeks and I'm still missing an item from my order. After several warehouse delays, it's still hasn't arrived. This is my 3rd issue with the company either sending the wrong DTFs or missing items. I am reluctant to order again because of these issues.
I actually had a very good experience even though my order was delayed just because when I did send an email customer service was quick to reply and understood my frustration, they were very helpful and i appreciate it so much

I made a mistake when changing my address and did not edit the city or zip code to match my current shipping address. When I reached out to UPS they said they couldn't do anything. I reached out to Jiffy next and sent in a contact request. They immediately responded and sent replacements for the products I purchased. PLUS a $10 refund for MY mistake. They went above and beyond. This is why I continue to use Jiffy for all my creative apparel needs. Thank you, Jiffy!
