I loved how soft these shirts are. Unfortunately, I didn't take into consideration how the fit would affect the sizing. I had to return the shirts (super easy process) and will be reordering them in different sizes.

I have been buying from jiffy for several years now. Since they started printing DTF transfers, I've been ordering almost everything for my small business from them. I get frustrated with the price increases and whenever I receive a product that is defective or damaged. However, on the occasions I have, jiffy's customer service is beyond measure! They always rectify the issue and either replace or refund whatever product was affected-whether it's one item or ten. Their prices are a bit higher now than some competitors, but to some degree, that's made up in customer service!

Having to add to your order is not doable. There is no way to get ahold of customer service in a timely manner. Live chat is automated so it does not get you what you need, no phone number and emails get replied to after 24hrs. After 4 years purchasing with this company, i am beyond frustrated for the lack of care for customers.
