HOWEVER- they got back to me with q free shipping code and refunded what I didn't need back with no hassle. I was truly amazing by their extra effort to improve my experience. I've noticed over the years that if I purchase something and like it, and I later click the link from my previous order to buy more, what I receive on the second purchase never matches what I ordered before. Why is that? The T-shirts I received are not the same. They're larger overall yet tighter around the neck, and they don't shrink the same way. I keep trying to zero in on the right size because I prefer cotton, which shrinks, but the constant shifting of merchandise keeps me from settling on a particular product long-term. This isn't just a problem with Jiffy; it seems to be the manufacturers who keep changing the product. I'd like to know that if I buy something and like it, I can replace what I have in the future with the same item. Manufacturers don't allow that. I'm a particular person, so it's always a struggle to settle on a reliable source of clothing. Retailers should be made aware of production changes so they're not misrepresenting items as the same as what was offered previously.
