Amazing customer service!

Jiffy truly goes out of their way to provide customers with the best experience. I had a change in my order I needed and they didn't get back to me in time before they shipped my shirts. HOWEVER- they got back to me with q free shipping code and refunded what I didn't need back with no hassle. I was truly amazing by their extra effort to improve my experience. I won't be going anywhere else for my small business!

I bought the shirts to make baseball shirts for the family. And even with my mistake of color. Their response to getting back to me to return the shirts was fast. They quickly replied and gave me the steps on how to do the return. Will definitely be buying more items from them in the future.

Have not received any reply to EITHER email sent (one directed without attention to a specific Jiffy.com representative) containing precise design instructions - initial buying experience was OUTSTANDING so, a BIT disappointed at this - am hopeful I will yet receive the SAME conscientious treatment as previously...UPDATE, 3-21-25: finished items arrived FAST, look NEAR-perfect (problems caused by VERY small [fleck-sized] color flaws in the base image I provided - thus, MY oversight; planning to attempt touching up with acrylic paint shortly...)

You Never Get the Same Item Twice

I've noticed over the years that if I purchase something and like it, and I later click the link from my previous order to buy more, what I receive on the second purchase never matches what I ordered before. Why is that? The T-shirts I received are not the same. They're larger overall yet tighter around the neck, and they don't shrink the same way. I keep trying to zero in on the right size because I prefer cotton, which shrinks, but the constant shifting of merchandise keeps me from settling on a particular product long-term. This isn't just a problem with Jiffy; it seems to be the manufacturers who keep changing the product. I'd like to know that if I buy something and like it, I can replace what I have in the future with the same item. Manufacturers don't allow that. I'm a particular person, so it's always a struggle to settle on a reliable source of clothing. Retailers should be made aware of production changes so they're not misrepresenting items as the same as what was offered previously.
