Customer service is great. Printing department lacks ALL quality control. Nothing ever matches. Nothing has been right. My last order is neon yellow instead of golden. My 72 pressed shirt order all came the wrong color but the 2 separate transfers I ordered came correctly. Customer service has given me opportunity after opportunity to love this company but I have nothing good to say about their printing departments.
My shirts were delayed due to a shipping issue on UPS's end and Deen communicated all the details and kept me up to date which was so helpful! Then Jiffy gave me a discount which was so nice since it was not even their fault! Thank you!

Very easy to upload my designs and resize if needed! Uploaded 9 items all needed resized and took about 6 mins..
I absolutely love the fast shipping and huge variety of shirts, but I do not love the quality of the custom transfers. I have uploaded a couple of my designs and I feel like they do not peel as smoothly as I've experienced with other places.
They always reply fast and are helpful. They resolve my issues in a timely manner.
Very satisfied with the speed of shipment. However, the image itself is smaller than expected and doesn't appear to be scaled to size. (see panhandle and overall width of image)
Really love the way my shirts came out. The only thing that I will do different is have them pre-cut
