I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your order, and I understand that the replacements did not meet your expectations either. While we have issued a full refund, I completely understand that this doesn't fully make up for the frustration you've encountered.
Upon reviewing your order, we see the edit notes that were entered. However, it appears that the design team is currently unable to make adjustments to the size of the image. At this time, they are only able to adjust the colors and clarity of the image files. I know this might be disappointing, and I want to assure you that we are actively working to improve our processes. Size adjustments may become available in the future, but for now, this limitation remains.
