Usually I would receive my order on the date of expected, However lately I have been receiving my orders a day after expected and just recently with my last order I won't be receiving my order until days after expected. Being a tshirt maker who lives a rural area, I depend so much on shipping and I love to use jiffy, however I need more reliability with receiving my orders. I am not able to jump in my car and go to the nearest craft shop. I'm currently waiting for an order now for transfers but the garments I ordered won't make it to me until Monday. By then the customers won't even need the product so guess what I'll be stuck with material that are custom and even more my customers maybe won't be able to receive their order that they so graciously drowned on me to create.

We're truly sorry to hear about the delays you've experienced lately, and we completely understand how important timely deliveries are—especially when you're running a business in a rural area where access to supplies is limited. We know how stressful it can be when you're depending on materials to fulfill custom orders for your customers.

We've taken a look at your recent orders and wanted to share what we found:

Order #960421729 did have an estimated delivery date of today, April 21st, and we're happy to confirm that it has been delivered. However, we also see that transfers on order #957118048 were delivered a day later than the estimated date shown at checkout, but the apparel did arrive on the 18th as scheduled.

While estimated delivery dates are generally reliable, there can occasionally be unexpected carrier delays, and we know how frustrating and impactful that can be—especially when you're trying to meet tight deadlines for your customers.

Celebration for Life Shirts

My niece recently passed and for her celebration of life we decided to all wear shirts in her honor. I was asked to design and make them since I have the equipment, but having a full time job now and time being short I chose the option to have Jiffy print both sides for 40 shirts, i also purchased a few DTF transfers just in case we had some last minute requests. The shirts came out beautiful and everyone loved them. I also used all the transfers for last minute requests and they were easy to use and came out beautifully as well. They were shipped quickly and the communication is very good. I may reconsider my side hustle again if it is this easy.

Actually Delivered on Time!

I needed a quick turnaround order for a sports team event, and actually received all the shirts (brand name, multiple sizes) in 2 days! Was awesome, and the prices were super low. Highly recommend! I worried they wouldn't show up on time or be one of these companies that says USA but actually shops from overseas, but it's legit.

Wrong transfer measurements

When my transfers were delivered the overall dimensions were opposite that was ordered, when I finally heard back from representative I was told my order would be reviewed, I stated I would be satisfied if my order could just be reviewed and sent with the dimensions I originally ordered on my transfers, instead I received an email that I would get a refund and to try the transfer process again, iam now stuck with 1 order of transfers that were correct and the wrong order and iam not confident to order the transfers I need again that's my dilemma with your company at this point

We're truly sorry to hear about the experience you've had—it's completely understandable why you'd be feeling frustrated and hesitant to reorder. That's definitely not the experience we want for you.

While we do see that the original order was refunded in full, we understand that wasn't the resolution you were hoping for. You made it clear that you simply wanted the transfers reprinted with the correct dimensions, and we regret that this wasn't followed through in the way you expected.

In reviewing the files that were uploaded, it looks like they are JPEG photographs of the artwork rather than original digital files. This can sometimes cause issues with sizing and print accuracy. We don't recommend using photographs for uploads, as they can lead to misalignment or misinterpretation during production. Another order

Using original art files that are in PNG format at a minimum of 300DPI will give optimal results. I have attached the original art files uploaded for your records. A full refund has also been issued for the second order that did not come out correct.

We'd love the opportunity to make this right and rebuild your confidence in ordering with us. If you have a clearer version of the design or need help prepping the correct file type, our team is more than happy to assist.

Updated review

Individual DTF transfers and additional Gang sheet came out well. Colors were good. I was able to apply 4 transfers to T-shirts with little difficulty. Shipping was super fast. I received DTF transfers within 2 days. T he Jiffy transparent feature had some difficulty when the background was white. It also turned white within the image to transparent. I changed the background to light blue and then the Jiffy background to transparent only changed the background and the white within the image was left alone.
