I always have great experiences with Jiffy from the quality of their products to customer service. My only small suggestion would be to consider putting the dtf rolls in plastic or some other protective material inside the shipping box. The boxes are not always put in places where they are protected from the rain and can potentially get ruined-almost happened to me.

I ordered 40 shirts for a church function. One had a hole in the back. Customer Service was great about replacing the shirt, I bought Gilden and they are so soft. I've received wonderful, caring e-mails about the damaged shirt. I've already placed another and will order from Jiffy from now on.

Ordered some DTF transfers and when I received them, the color was incorrect. I reached out to the customer service and to my surprise I quickly had a response. They replaced my item for free and shipped it directly out. Very satisfied with their service.
