Placed a $120 order for dtf transfers. They arrived in such horrible quality. Designs had been compressed. Nothing I ordered was usable. I sent very high quality artwork and they still managed to not print them correctly. Do yourself a favor and find someone local to use.

My machine was down so I ordered some DTF transfers from Jiffy so I could complete an order with no downtime. I paid for them to be precut and have the art "finished". What u got was a full sheet, not precut and a white outline around all of the prints. The printer that was used definitely needs calibration. I reported the issue and was sent a replacement and it was EXACTLY THE SAME. Not precut, white outlines on everything. It's as if they didn't even read my message and just tried from the same supplier. A bunch of wasted time and money. Jiffy should stick to aoparel, DTF does not seem to be their area of expertise.

I had ordered one large Glow in the Dark Transfer and 5 small ones plus a t-shirt. When I got my order, I applied the large transfer to my shirt, but it didn't take. I emailed customer service and Mitch reached out to me and walked me through a few things to do. It still didn't take so he had my back and re-sent the transfers and a new shirt. This time they worked perfectly! I have always used Jiffy transfers and never have had a problem until this.

PLEASE do away with the chat bot and go to a live customer service representative that is available with out days of waiting for a response. After 3+ days, I finally received a call and my problem was resolved. The shirts arrived within time for our event and they all looked great. Great quality and great printing. They were even individually folded!

We apologize for the issue with your transfer order! In checking, we do not see any claims regarding the order, but we can certainly help!
I have attached an image to confirm these are the prints this may be regarding, and it does appear that print as is was selected which would not have removed the background from the image file. We can certainly get those refunded for you, we would just need an image or two to confirm this is the case.
