I had ordered one large Glow in the Dark Transfer and 5 small ones plus a t-shirt. When I got my order, I applied the large transfer to my shirt, but it didn't take. I emailed customer service and Mitch reached out to me and walked me through a few things to do. It still didn't take so he had my back and re-sent the transfers and a new shirt. This time they worked perfectly! I have always used Jiffy transfers and never have had a problem until this.

PLEASE do away with the chat bot and go to a live customer service representative that is available with out days of waiting for a response. After 3+ days, I finally received a call and my problem was resolved. The shirts arrived within time for our event and they all looked great. Great quality and great printing. They were even individually folded!

We used the T-shirts for a school event. They were good quality. We printed our school event on the t-shirt. It turned out great. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived.
Customer service was Good the Quality of prints firs time lifted off the fabric followed Instructions 100% for the Prints since was first time using them, I had to Re-purchase shirts and Prints from a secondary supplier of said items... Shondi was very Helpful providing credit for messup. Second replacement try to ordering prints I turned in the design and the Design team changed my design took words out of it and Only Gave an Hour to Confirm the changes (Not enough IMHO) my other supplier gives me 24 hours to confirm or deny Changes, I was only sent One Approval text / email for 4 differently designed prints I should have been sent an Approval or deny for all 4 prints not just 1... Says they Shipped now without knowing what they look like what so ever, So we will See I guess and I will reserve my Judgement till then.
Lately my orders have been taking longer. Literally says order by noon to get next day. I get 2-3 days later. Not happy DTF added upcharges $1.50 per item. Greed! Also lately my prints don't match what I see on the screen. Don't know what's going on with Jiffy. Long time customer and very irritating and disappointed.

When we were testing out the enhanced features, we offered them at no cost so we could see how they performed. That transition from free to paid could've been communicated better, and I'm sorry for the confusion and frustration it caused.
