Website was easy to navigate and to upload our logo. Only issue was a confusing confirmation that made it seem like we were getting two shipments instead of one. But it all resolved itself. Service was prompt, pricing fit into our budget, and the quality was good!

When I forgot to order field day shirts for my son, I had to figure something out and didn't want to use vinyl. I ordered the same design they used in Etsy and was able to order the prints on your site. They were so easy, looked better than what we would have ordered, cost less, and saved soooo much time. When I decided to use Jiffy for printing my t-shirts, I bought 3 sizes not knowing that they were not available for printing my order. I had to choose a different neck line, hoping they fit the same. I think it would be beneficial for your customer to know ahead of time which t-shirts can be printed for an order.

Needed my order pretty quick and Jiffy always come through for me but this time it was no fault of Jiffy it was the carrier. I was very upset with the delivery because they kept pushing it back. Needless to say I was late getting my order to the client and missed her sons graduation. The family understood but was bummed because they were not in unison with the graduate. Jiffy CS was very prompt with my refund and I will continue to use the site for future projects.
