Excellent Transfers

This was my first time ordering from Jiffy. I am not that tech savvy, but the process was easy and their online assistant was very helpful. The transfers are excellent with great color and were of very high quality. I had to increase the temperature on my heat press to get the complete transfer on the shirt. Once I did that it wasn't a problem. Jiffy's delivery is very fast. I will order more transfers from them.

Excellent Customer Service

I have always been pleasantly surprised with Jiffy's customer service. Even when I've had an issue they have went above and beyond to help and correct the. Problem. Shipping has been super fast despite being a holiday season. Products have been top notch in quality and pricibg is always competitive. It's Just all around a good experience that keeps me coming back time and time again.

Overall good product, but poor printing

I was happy with ith my order, but then noticed the stickers I got of our logo for mugs was much darker than our other prints m, the temperature was all off. Then we received our tshirts with our logos, I was so excited, but somehow our giant logo on the back didn't print properly, the words are broken and the design is missing on the lower half.

Sizing the item

Tried to buy some sweatpants, going to the how to size yourself diagram was screwy. It gave a sizing that didn't to make sense to American body/waist size. So I gave up and went to Amazon and bought American brand sweatpants at a good price and fast delivery.

Did not fix my problem

I ordered transfers and the quality was not up to par. I wrote and sent pictures. No one ever responded. I love the shipping, but i need quality transfers.

Beyond expectations

As a newbie the entire ordering process is very easy. The artist edits at no charge is a tremendous bonus. Their communication is stellar and speed of delivery rivals the best. There was an error with an order and the caught it before delivery and sent a replacement that arrived the same day. Why would I consider any other source? And Kiyanna was great

Adrian closely worked with, resolved and communicated with me to resolve some faulty products I ordered from Jiffy. They were communicative, professional, and very clear. It was excellent and I feel assured to keep purchasing through jiffy due to them. I appreciate their hard work and consideration.

I had ordered a large order of the jiffy made products, I received my order the wrong HEX color which i specified. I went back and forth for over a week to fix this issue. I ended up reordering and I then received the same order from 2 different locations, the order was in 3 different colors! In the end I was offered a refund for their mistakes. I will order again.

The last couple of times that I have ordered dtf prints the quality was not consistent. The color of my last dtf prints were quite muted compared to the same prints I had ordered previously. The customer needed the order, so I just had to discount it. I also experienced delayed shipping due to a printer error or something at Jiffy and I never received tracking information. I've always had a pleasant experience when ordering from Jiffy, but I think it's time to look for another more reliable supplier.

DTF sizing off

I had to re-order due to a sizing issue but unfortunately the new order came the same way. I am put in a very tight spot due to my customers looking for their order. I tried to be patient and make it right but nothing has happened yet
