I've been shopping shirts at Jiffy for years because they have what I want at good pricing.

I've ordered from Jiffy about 4x now. Ive used their stickers, UV stickers, blank tank tops and DTF products. I've had only one issue with stickers not cut smoothly & some crooked. I was out of the "review" time window so I did not contact Jiffy as it woulda been pointless as their website states you have 72 hours. My DTF products have been great though.

Cannot believe I reordered an old order and the quality is worse now! You went out of your way to make the standard transfers worse quality? That is insane. I understand enhancing quality and up charging but to make the basic quality worse? LOW.

Had a little problem with my order but, received a call from a representative and the problem was taken care of. I appreciate that, they took the time to call me and take care of it

Returns and refunds are NO HASSLE. Love this, Please people do not abuse.
Selection is great and now they have Transfers and Stickers.
But... there is always a but... I know you ship from warehouses all across the country... Tell them to use plastic bags in THE BOXES don't just put the items in. It causes a a stain that dont wash out destroying the item.

Fast shipping. Lots of options for shirts especially colors. I had someone who specifically wanted a coral shirt and nowhere around me had that color at a decent price.

I ordered twice from jiffy. $38.62 on 5/18/25 and $41.62 on 5/28/25. I was charged for a purchase of $30.36 on my credit card ending 7856 today and I did not authorize this charge. Cannot get a hold of customer service. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered Transfers. Arrived with letters missing. Contacted customer service because I needed them for an order. Was told they would refund my money and I could reorder. Needed for a family leaving on vacation. Wouldn't arrive in time. Their mistake but wouldn't overnight the designs so I didn't lose a customer. No way to operate a business. Had issues with shirts with holes or tears or missing shirts and can deal with that but not fixing your mistake is awful. Won't use again.

After applying the prints I can see that the film blends into the material(Shirts: cotton) very well. It was difficult for me to apply the material even when preheating before apply the film. But once I got it to settle and I pressed it again after peeling the transfer sheet the material seems very durable and will last a long time.

Anytime I have ever needed assistance with orders, my account, or even combining two accounts, Jiffy's customer service is quick to respond and resolve any issues (always been on my end). They always make everything so easy for me as a customer.

Ordering was simple and the delivery process was great. 10/10 would order through Jiffy again
