UPS returned my order because they couldn't deliver to a P. O. Box. Instead of sending what I wanted to my physical address my order was returned and refunded at least. I'm still very unhappy with how all of it was handled and I never talked to a human which would have been nice. All I wanted was my merchandise and that would have been easy for jiffey to send but they never did.

The quality varied on the DTFs I got, even though they were the same. When ordering, doesn't always give you the option to make notes. Re-orders should be easier than they are. Customer service emails were amazing at getting to the issue. Despite paying for extra quality and assistance, one DTF of just words was blurry and seemed to have a white line on the edges. Overall, it's fine and I'll probably order again, now I know what to look for. Price and time to receive products is great! Stickers were also high quality and reasonably priced.
I don't understand it now when I place order on my phone with the app I can't see the merchandise that I'm paying for anymore no display of the shirts or bags so I'm kind of scared to order so tell me how can you fix this problem or what should I do to be able to see things go to a computer or the app is not as efficient as you guys think.
Everything was fine except the color of the green I received in part of my order. It was not even close to the correct green I needed. It's very hard to get it right without someone's help and I tried getting a code that is the correct green and nobody seemed to be able to help me.
