I have always bought my sweatshirts my tdhirts, and long sleeves. The quality is great. The delivery was great, came fast in mail. Jiffy shirts can't be beat by any other retailer out there. If you need just a couple different shirts they got them, if you need long sleeves, they got them. My husband loves the summer cooling shirts. He says they really actually work and he's really happy so that makes me happy. Thank you jiffy shirts. Will be definitely ordering again...

He preferred to refund the entire purchase price allowing me to start over. I hit $8.00 when i should have received closer to $60. It was an exceptionally bad experience

This company is amazing, affordable, and fast. It is SO much easier to create a design in Canva, upload to Jiffy and order than to try to fight with Design Space and a Cricut to make it myself. Will be doing this from now on for all custom T shirts.
I ordered 70 shirts and DTF for a church project. This was my first ordering a custom DTF. When I received my order I was really impressed with the quality of the DTF and shirts. I will definitely be ordering again.

The instructions and understanding if the printing and quality and knowing what dpi and upload specification need to be is not clear. When you upload your image the proof looks fine but when you receive the product it isnt the same.

I am so disappointed to write this. I've been using Jiffy for the last year or so for my DTF needs. I am a small business owner and rely on DTFs for my products. Twice in the past two weeks Jiffy has made an error on my orders. I place two orders 24 hours apart. Both times, Jiffy fulfilled the second orders O placed but not the first. This caused a delay in my order production times and negatively affected the level of service I could provide to my own customers. It is impossible to speak to a human. They don't have a phone number, and the AI chatbot won't connect you with a human, regardless of your issue or how many times you say you'd like to speak to a human. I've submitted two help requests and haven't received a response. This is not the level of service I've had in the past with Jiffy. It seems like this is just another example of a business that has grown too fast and doesn't value its relationships with its customers. I realize we live in a digital era, but having a chat bot with no human behind it isn't worth it. This is how businesses lose customers.
Great service and delivers on time! If something happens with UPS delivery, they make it right. I can always count on Jiffy!

I ordered several shirts and some UVDTF. The UVDTF was great as well as most of the shirts. I did order a light tan color, maybe sand, and the shirts in this color seemed to have piling on them or something. I tried a lint roller and to just pick some of the bigger darker pieces from the shirts but couldn't get them to come off. Currently trying to just wash them first to see if it helps.

The entire process, from start to finish, was quick and easy. It was easy to find and select the shirts that I was going to purchase in a variety of sizes. There was a large variety of colors to choose from, though I was just choosing white. There is a large variety of sizes to choose from. Shipping was faster than I anticipated. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.

My experience buying here has been amazing overall, no exaggerations, the customer service is great, they always help me out when I need it, and admit to their mistakes the very few times I've had problems with them, I love the service, the quality of the clothes are good and the price is great, I've been buying from them from around a year and it's honestly been a lifesaver, plus everything always arrive super quickly!
Great, everything ships fast and its very good quality
Upon placing an order recently, I discovered on the the shirts I needed most was left in the cart after checkout. I reached out to customer service immediately requesting the shirt be added to the current order. I receiv ed a response back with a coupon with free shipping - that expired at midnight the day it was sent. I didn't get the email for a few days due to having emergency surgery. I had to refund the customer for her order, losing the customer to another business. The shirts I did receive were just thrown into the box and were super wrinkled on arrival. I had ordered several shades of gray to choose one for future orders. However there is no way to determine which one is which, so I still have no idea which shade I need. Overall, I am highly disappointed as I had higher expectations based on their ads and reviews I've read.
An error with the order was quickly and fairly resolved. The final product was perfect and everyone is going to love our high quality family vacation tees.
